何為辦公室政治？

　　In modern enterprises, the problem of interpersonal relationship between enterprise practitioners to make the majority of the workplace and enterprise managers suffer torment". 　　在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中，企業(yè)從業(yè)者之間的人際關(guān)系問(wèn)題讓廣大職場(chǎng)人士和企業(yè)經(jīng)理人“飽受折磨”。不管是分工合作，還是職位升遷，抑或利益分配﹔無(wú)論其出發(fā)點(diǎn)是何其純潔、公正都會(huì)因?yàn)槟承┤说摹爸饔^(guān)因素”而變得撲朔迷離，糾纏不清。隨著這些“主觀(guān)因素”的漸漸蔓延，原本簡(jiǎn)單的同事關(guān)系、上下級(jí)關(guān)系變得復(fù)雜起來(lái)：一個(gè)十幾個(gè)人的辦公室，可以有幾個(gè)不同的派系，更可以有由這些派系滋生出來(lái)的上百個(gè)糾纏不清的話(huà)題。習(xí)慣于這種不動(dòng)聲色、波瀾不驚的職場(chǎng)老手，將辦公室比喻成戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，在這里，每天都進(jìn)行著一場(chǎng)場(chǎng)沒(méi)有硝煙戰(zhàn)火的較量，不管你累不累，愿不愿意只要你置身“江湖” ，就“身不由己”。
