Receptionist: Elegance Hotel, is there anything I can do for you?
接待處：這里是雅致賓館，有什么可以為您做的嗎?
Janice: Hello, I would like to make a reservation for four nights in next week, from Tuesday to Friday.
賈尼斯：你好，我想預(yù)訂一間貴賓館的房間。預(yù)訂4天晚上，從下周周二到周五。
Receptionist: All right, single or double room?
接待處：好的，是單人間還是雙人間?
Janice: Single one with a bath room, please. I would like a room with a view of the whole city.
賈尼斯：單人間，并配有浴室。我想要一間可以鳥瞰全城的房間。
Receptionist: All right. We have a single room available right now.
接待處：好的。我們正好有一間單人間空著。
Janice: What's the rate, please?
賈尼斯：那么如何收費(fèi)呢?
Receptionist: 578 yuan a night, plus VAT, including air-conditioner and TV.
接待處：每晚578元，并包含增值稅，還有空調(diào)和電視。
Janice: Does that include breakfast? Can I make calls on outside line?
賈尼斯：這費(fèi)用中包含早餐嗎?我可以打外線嗎?
Receptionist: Yes, it includes English breakfast. For the phone, I am afraid you can not.
接待處：是的，它包含英式早餐。電話恐怕您不能打外線。
Janice: OK, that's fine. Could you hold it for me?
賈尼斯：好吧，這個正好。您能幫我預(yù)留這一間嗎?
Receptionist: Would you like to confirm the reservation?
接待處：您愿意確認(rèn)一下信息嗎?

Janice: Madam, is everything set for your trip?
賈尼斯：夫人，你出差的東西都準(zhǔn)備好了嗎?
Nova: Not yet. I seem to move my house to that place. You don't know how tight the schedule is for this trip.
諾娃：還沒有。我似乎要把家搬到那邊去了。你不知道這次出差的計劃有多么緊張。
Janice: You will be busier, right?
賈尼斯：您會更忙的吧?對嗎?
Nova: Correct! I have three-day visit to Shanghai on December 10th.
諾娃：對啊!我要在12月10日開始去上海出差3天。
Janice: That will be gorgeous!
賈尼斯：那可真不錯的。
Nova: I would like a single room with a bath for two nights. Can you help me to reserve a hotel room for me?
諾娃：我想預(yù)定一間帶浴室的單人間，在那里住兩晚上。你能幫我預(yù)訂一間這樣的旅店房間嗎?
Janice: Yes, Madam.
諾娃：好的，夫人。
